Choose one purpose for each colour
A small bakery might assign colours to product lines. A larger packing team might assign colours to shifts or packing days. These are sample workflows, not a universal code supplied with the tape.
Write the key down
Put the colour key where staff pack bags. Review it when products or shifts change. Keep the key simple enough that a new worker can follow it after a short explanation.
Keep proper records
Colour alone is not a production date, batch number, ingredient list or food safety system. Continue the labels and records required for your own products and processes.
